01

Seller and scope

These terms cover purchases directly from the IIWEY Store and use of its account features. IIWEY is the store brand. The contracting seller, store operator and merchant payment-collection entity is 香港諾迪思國際有限公司, Unit 135, 1/F, 143 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Contact: support@iiwey.com. See Contact Information for further seller details.

Third-party marketplace purchases remain subject to the original seller's contract. Linking an order to an IIWEY account does not transfer the payment contract or automatically approve a refund.

02

Orders, prices and payment

Review the product, variant, quantity, delivery address, currency and total before paying. The order acknowledgement confirms receipt; acceptance and dispatch information are provided in the order communications. Payment handling and any authorisation hold must be disclosed by the actual checkout flow.

If stock, a material description or a price is incorrect, we will contact you with an explanation and an appropriate choice. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an accepted price without agreement. Cancellation includes a refund of money due, subject to applicable law.

03

Delivery, cancellation and consumer remedies

The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds explain our global standard rate and voluntary return process. Mandatory local rules prevail over inconsistent wording in any policy.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where relevant. We do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive foreign court that removes your mandatory consumer protections.

04

Accounts and acceptable use

Use accurate information and keep access credentials and verification codes secure. You may only link orders that you own or are authorised to manage. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

Do not interfere with security, submit malware, impersonate another customer or use the service unlawfully. A proportionate account restriction for abuse does not remove access to legally required order records or remedies.

05

Products, apps and installation

Follow the model-specific instructions and install devices safely. You are responsible for observing applicable recording, privacy and road-use rules. Installation warnings do not transfer responsibility for a defective product to you.

Optional cloud, mobile-network or third-party services may require separate terms and clearly disclosed charges. Buying hardware or accepting these terms does not by itself authorise a new recurring paid subscription.

06

Updates and disputes

The version accepted for an order governs that order unless a lawful change is agreed. Material updates will not retrospectively remove acquired rights. Contact support@iiwey.com for a complaint; you may also use competent consumer authorities, available dispute-resolution bodies or courts permitted by law.

Your market, your rights

Mandatory local rights prevail. These English summaries are not a substitute for required local-language notices.

For most online goods purchases, notify withdrawal within 14 days after receipt, then send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Refunds include the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge; the extra cost of an upgraded delivery service need not be refunded. Refund within 14 days of withdrawal notification, subject to the lawful right to wait for the goods or evidence of return. You may inspect goods as you could in a shop; only legally permitted diminished value may be deducted. Statutory conformity rights last at least two years and may be longer under national law. Necessary updates and goods with digital elements have additional rules. The voluntary return window and manufacturer's warranty do not replace these rights.

Official consumer guidance
United Kingdom

Online customers generally have 14 days after receipt to notify cancellation and another 14 days to return the goods. Statutory refunds include standard outbound delivery and are processed within the applicable 14-day deadline. Faulty goods may qualify for the 30-day short-term right to reject, followed by repair, replacement or other remedies. Time limits for enforcing rights are not a promised product lifespan. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over this policy.

Australia

Australian Consumer Law guarantees are not limited to our voluntary return window or a 12-month commercial warranty. For a major failure, consumers may choose a refund or replacement and may have compensation rights. For a minor failure, the supplier normally has an opportunity to provide a remedy within a reasonable time. The remedy is free where the law requires it. A change of mind alone does not create an automatic statutory refund right.

United States

State consumer and warranty laws remain applicable. For goods ordered online, we must have a reasonable basis for our stated shipment time; if no shipment time is stated, the federal rule generally uses 30 days. If shipment will be delayed, we will follow the required notice, consent and refund process. Our voluntary 30-day return offer does not remove any additional state-law remedy.

Official consumer guidance
Canada

Consumer rights depend on the province or territory; Canada does not have one universal online change-of-mind cancellation period. Mandatory product quality, disclosure, non-delivery and cancellation remedies remain available. In Québec, special distance-contract rules may provide cancellation and chargeback remedies when required disclosures, contract copies or delivery obligations are not met. Our voluntary return offer does not restrict those rights.

Official consumer guidance
Brazil

For qualifying distance purchases, the Consumer Defence Code provides a seven-day withdrawal period from signing or receipt, with the amounts paid returned as the law requires. Statutory defect rights are separate: durable goods generally carry a 90-day complaint period, with hidden defects assessed from discovery. A supplier generally has up to 30 days to remedy a defect before the statutory alternatives apply, subject to legal exceptions. Do not interpret our voluntary return policy as limiting these rights or imposing return costs on statutory withdrawal.

Mexico

The Federal Consumer Protection Law applies to qualifying transactions. Where Article 56 applies, consent may be revoked within five business days from delivery or signature, whichever is later; statutory exceptions and return-cost rules apply. Rights for defective, misdescribed or undelivered products, including legally required remedies and compensation, remain unaffected. A blanket 'no refunds' term does not override those rights.
