Ownership and branding
IIWEY branding and original website materials are owned by their respective rights holders or used with permission. Product specifications, technical facts and third-party marks are not automatically exclusive property of IIWEY. Mention of another brand does not imply endorsement.
No claim in this policy expands the scope of an actual trademark, copyright, patent or design right.
Permitted use and legal exceptions
You may view store content and use supplied instructions for personal purchasing, installation and support. Obtain permission before reusing protected materials commercially unless a licence or applicable law allows the use.
Fair use, fair dealing, quotation, criticism, review, exhaustion/first sale and other mandatory exceptions remain available where applicable. Lawful comparative references and independent reviews are not prohibited merely because they mention IIWEY.
Software and customer content
Software and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences. This policy does not remove rights granted by an open-source licence or restrict legally protected interoperability or repair activity.
You retain rights in material you submit. Submit only content you may lawfully share. Any permission needed to host and display a review should be limited to operating that feature; wider advertising reuse requires an appropriate separate basis.
Report a concern
Send an IP notice to support@iiwey.com identifying the work/right, rights holder or authorised representative, exact disputed URLs, your contact information and why you believe the use is unauthorised. Include relevant authorisation or registration details where appropriate and a good-faith explanation.
We review notices, may seek clarification, and take proportionate action under applicable law. Notices may need to be shared with the affected contributor as legally necessary. Honest disputes and applicable exceptions are considered; do not submit knowingly false claims.
Formal procedures and licences
This email route does not represent that IIWEY has registered a US DMCA designated agent or qualifies for a specific legal safe harbour. Any formal jurisdiction-specific notice or counter-notice process must use the verified details required by that law.
For media permissions, authorised reseller assets or software notices, contact support and specify the intended material and use.
