Destinations and delivery estimates
Worldwide pricing does not guarantee delivery to every address. Service depends on product availability, carrier coverage, local restrictions and lawful trade requirements. An unavailable destination must not be accepted for payment as a deliverable order.
Processing and transit estimates depend on the product, fulfilment location and destination. A delivery window is shown only when a service-specific estimate is available; contact support if you need a confirmed schedule before ordering. Transit begins after dispatch. Pre-orders and unusual delays must be identified before purchase or communicated with the cancellation/refund options required by law.
Tracking, delays and delivery problems
We provide tracking when available. Contact support@iiwey.com with your order number if a shipment is late, missing, damaged or incorrect. Photos can help, but statutory remedies are not automatically lost because a photo or original packaging is unavailable.
We remain responsible for delivery to the extent required by applicable law. A carrier scan alone does not automatically remove your rights. For delay or non-delivery, we will offer the cancellation, refund or other remedy required in your market.
Taxes, customs and address changes
Taxes and import arrangements must be clearly disclosed before payment. We do not treat a free-shipping offer as a tax or customs exemption.
Send address-change or cancellation requests promptly to support@iiwey.com. We will try to update an order before dispatch. A failed change request does not remove statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights.
